It didn’t help me at all in Las Vegas this summer, and I don’t claim to understand how Bayesian Inference works, but Saar Wilf posted a notice on 2+2 about his new live tournament player ranking system, and my Doubles tournament partner shows up in the Top 10 of No Limit Hold’em players, and the Top 12 of overall players. He said he talked to Saar a while back and as a result of that discussion, I had a (very) small part in helping to make the rankings possible.
